  • Eggs has been part of my staple diet everyday. It is highly nutritious but one must be careful of the cholesterol if you take in the egg yolk but it is also a good source of energy.

    The protein is also good for muscle recovery and I definitely like egg dishes no matter how it is cooked:)

  • Yeah that is spot on. Eggs are an excellent way to help build muscle with all the protein that’s found in them. And all of the nutrients as well. I’ve heard that eggs are considered a “super food” by some people because of how beneficial they are to people’s health.
