  • Hey paul!
Thanks a lot for your advice on eggs as a good food to gain muscle.
Eating the right way is the most crucial part about excercising, I will tak into consideration this information.

Thank you again for sharing this!

  • Eggs has been part of my staple diet everyday. It is highly nutritious but one must be careful of the cholesterol if you take in the egg yolk but it is also a good source of energy.

The protein is also good for muscle recovery and I definitely like egg dishes no matter how it is cooked:)

  • Hey there! I’ve been doing workout lately and I’m searching for a food that can be alternative for whey protein. I read that peanut butter is a good alternative but my only problem is I hate peanut butter. After I read your article I will try to eat more eggs for my post workout to build more muscle. Thank you for sharing this information.

  • Yeah that is spot on. Eggs are an excellent way to help build muscle with all the protein that’s found in them. And all of the nutrients as well. I’ve heard that eggs are considered a “super food” by some people because of how beneficial they are to people’s health.

Plus, you can make them in a lot of great ways. Personally I like to have my eggs either scrambled with cheese, or over-easy. How do you like your eggs?
