The 3 Day military Diet claims you can lose upto 10lbs of fat in just 3 days without any exercise, the combination of foods are designed to burn fat and speed up your metabolism to lose weight. I have personally lost weight through this diet I weighed 2 months ago before approximately 17 Stone, but after 2 months doing the 2 day Military diet 1 a month I now weigh 14 Stones. Lunch
1 Cup Coffee/Green Tea

1/2 Cup Tuna
Dinner
3 Ounces of any meat of your choice( I used meat free meat)
1 Cup Green Beans
1/2 Banana
1 Apple
1 Cup Vanilla Ice Cream
Day 2 Breakfast
1 Egg (cooked whatever you like) If in pan use olive oil spray
1 Slice Braed Toast
1/2 Banana
Lunch
1 Hard Boiled Egg
1 Cup Cottage Cheese
5 Saltine Crackers
Dinner
1 Cup Broccoli
2 Hot Dogs Turkey ( I used vegetarian sausages)
1/2 Cup Carrots
1/2 Banana
1/2 Cup vegetarian icecream or frozen yogurt
Day 3 Breakfast
1 Slice of Chedder Cheese
1 Apple
5 Saltine Crackers
Lunch
1 Slice Toast
1 Egg (However you like it)
Dinner
1 Cup Tuna
1/2 Banana
1 Cup Vanilla Icecream
This 3 Day Military Diet has help me to lose weight I do this 1 a month safely, please consult physician before you do any diet or exercise. After the 3 day of this deit plan you can eat back to normal but don’t eat over do it just eat sensibly with some exercise like walking, running workout in gym.
